Recipes for honey cocktail mix
old fashioned #1
2 ounces of bourbon
1 ounce Honey cocktail
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry
HOW TO
Add all the bourbon, Honey cocktail and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Mint Julep recipes
8 mint leaves
2 ounces Mint Julep mixer
2 ounces bourbon
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: Angostura bitters (optional)
In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup.
Add the bourbon then pack the glass tightly with crushed ice.
Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and a few drops of bitters (optional).

Directions
Start with 2 oz's Bourbon of you choice. to a shaker filled with crused ice.
add 1 oz of Beedom Farms mixer
add 1 dash of walnut bitters to a glass.
shake gently to mix flavors
Add ice to the glass. Pour mix over ice.
Stir gently until chilled.
Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick to serve.
